Estrella is a special all-day coffee-restaurant and trendsetter for mainly young people’s daily outings. Estrella is the concept that introduced the Greeks to brunch. At the same time, the research and development department, which is consisted of acclaimed chefs, creates outstanding dishes and unique cocktails for any time of day. The decoration is simple with references to 1950’s Greece, without complexity and extremities. The aim is for our visitors to feel like they are in a friendly environment.

It has been instrumental in shaping the brunch scene in Greece and recently further elevated its gastronomy offerings by launching a new gastro-casual menu (drawing inspiration from American diners). New creative selection includes the fluffy Japanese pancakes (with vanilla creme anglaise, strawberry coulis and blackberries) as well as vegan options. We love “playing” with combinations, colors and different raw materials. We “marry” traditional Greek ingredients, such as Thessaloniki’s bun, bougatsa’s cream or feta cheese to other ingredients and create subversive, unexpected dishes.

Healthy season fruit juices, specialty 3rd generation private roasting Coffee (in cooperation with Kudu Coffee Roasters) and 12 kinds of Greek herbs describe the most successful breakfast in the city, served every day from early in the morning (0800)till late at night (23:00).

Estrella has a worldwide reputation, having been featured in major travel and food magazines (The New York Times, Saveur, National Geographic, BBC, Olive Magazine, Mindfood, Conde Nast Traveler, Yahoo Traveler and Guardian) it’s undoubtedly a restaurant that no one can miss!
